📞 If you call and we don't answer, we do our best to return your call within two hours. Return call may be longer during non-business hours.

📋 We will discuss your problem/need and gather as much information as you can provide regarding make, model etc. as it relates to the issue.

📲 Upon your approval for us to come out we will provide messaging updates including appointment confirmation, when we are on the way and when work is complete (if you are not on-site).

💵 Payment is due at time of service. We accept credit and debit cards and cash. We do not accept checks except from established customers.

🧾 You will receive a detailed receipt via email at the time of completion or any point where payment is made during the repair.

📑 Sizeable project work will also generate a summary report with pictures of the before and after conditions for your maintenance records.

Service Rates
RV repair labor is on an hourly rate starting when we arrive at your location.
There is a one-hour minimum charge for a service call. After the first hour we bill on 15-minute increments.

Primary service area $120.00/hour
(within 60 miles from Lebanon Ohio)
​
Outside of primary area $155.00/hour
(beyond 60 miles from Lebanon Ohio)

A service / trip fee is assessed on service calls based upon the distance from Lebanon, Ohio.
​
Under 5 miles is no charge
6-30 miles is $50
31-60 miles is $105
Outside service area - $105+$3 per mile from mile 61 to destination.

Diesel Chassis work is billed at $180 per hour with a minimum of one hour with 15-minute increments thereafter.
​​
​
Emergency and after-hours service is billed at $225 per hour. First hour and trip fee is collected at time of dispatch of technician.

Discounts - 10% discount for military and first responders - customer needs to have a valid id / show proof.
​

Larger planned projects and certain preventative maintenance work are priced at a lump sum amount versus hourly rate.

​All pricing rates do not include parts, supplies, applicable taxes and credit card processing fee related to the agreed to work.
