TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Service

ProTech Mobile RV Services provides on-site RV diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services. Due to the nature of RV construction and varying build quality, additional or hidden issues may be discovered during service that were not visible or known at the time of scheduling.

2. Scheduling & Access

• All services are by appointment only.
• Arrival times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior service conditions.
• The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the RV and all systems requiring service.

3. Deposits & Prepayment for Quoted Work

For quoted repairs or larger projects, a deposit or prepayment is required at the time of work approval to cover parts and materials.
• Deposits must be paid before parts are ordered or work is scheduled.
• Deposits are non-refundable once parts have been ordered or labor has been reserved.

4. Time on Site, Travel & Labor Billing

• Billable time begins upon technician arrival at the service location.
• Labor is billed based on actual time spent diagnosing and repairing the RV, subject to minimum service charges as outlined on     our pricing page.
• Trip fees, mileage, diagnostic time, and applicable service charges will be included on the invoice as outlined on our pricing page.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods are listed on our website.
• Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees and collection efforts.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee equal to the minimum service charge and/or trip fee.

7. Hidden or Pre-Existing Conditions

RV repairs may uncover unrelated, pre-existing, or hidden issues. Any additional repairs required are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is directly caused by ProTech’s workmanship.

8. Parts & Warranty

• Parts supplied by ProTech are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.
• Labor warranty applies only to the specific repair performed.
• Customer-supplied parts are installed at the customer’s risk and are not warrantied by ProTech.

9. Limitation of Liability

ProTech Mobile RV Services is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to RV condition, component failure, or undiscovered issues beyond the original scope of work.
